Welcome to BGCreate! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our AI-powered product photography service. By using BGCreate, you agree to these Terms.
1. Who Can Use BGCreate
- You must be at least 13 years old to use our service
- If under 18, you need parental consent
- Both individuals and businesses can create accounts
2. Your Account
- You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure
- You're responsible for all activity under your account
- One account per person or business - no sharing allowed
3. Using Our Service
- File Size Limit: Maximum 5MB per image upload
- Service Availability: We aim for 99% uptime but can't guarantee uninterrupted service
- Credits: Credits are non-transferable, non-refundable, and never expire
- No Reselling: You cannot resell our service or credits to others
4. Content & Ownership
- Your Images: You own all images you upload and generate
- Usage Rights: You don't need commercial rights for uploaded product images
- Our Use: We may feature your work in our marketing only with your explicit permission
- Privacy: We won't access your images without permission except for support purposes
5. Prohibited Content & Activities
You must NOT:
- Upload adult, pornographic, or NSFW content
- Upload illegal or offensive content
- Attempt to hack, exploit, or misuse our service
- Violate any laws or regulations
- Infringe on others' intellectual property rights
Violation of these rules will result in immediate account termination without refund.
6. Payments & Refunds
- All purchases are final - no refunds
- Credits are added to your account immediately after payment
- We may change prices with 30 days notice
- Payment processing is handled by Polar.sh
7. Service Changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our service at any time. We'll try to give reasonable notice for significant changes.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us or $100, whichever is greater. We're not responsible for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

- These Terms are governed by the laws of India
- Any unresolved disputes will be handled in the courts of India
